Account Manager and Team Lead Positions

We are an inventory control and marketing solutions company that helps local businesses increase profits with our "Verbal Coupon" template. Our verbal coupon template is simple and easy to use. We need dependable team members who can help us help others.

General Responsibilities:
- Present & Sell to local businesses a low cost way to increase their traffic and profits.
- Play an active part in the community at event functions of all kinds to promote company and product lines.
- Build and maintain pipeline as well as manage existing accounts to help assist in retention and assist business owners with identifying needs and finding marketing solutions.
- The right candidates will always be positive, creative and share a desire to help local businesses grow!
Direct Sales/Minimum Requirements:
- Positive Attitude
- Familiarity With Groupon, Facebook, Living Social and Print Coupons a Must
- Strong Social Media Experience
- Home Computer
- Cell Phone
- Reliable Transportation
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High Level of Professionalism
- Strong References
Team Lead Requirements:
- The ability to oversee up to 5 additional reps
- Run weekly meetings
- Report to Director of Sales and potentially to VP of Sales
- Ability to manage territory and allocate reps to increase penetration rates
Compensation:
Very high commission paid on direct sales with an override of your designated territories performance weighted against a soft, easily achievable, quota. Paid Weekly!
Advancement:
All selected candidates will have the opportunity for rapid career advancement. Arizona is a test market for a national campaign and will look to open new target markets within 3-6 months. This will open several positions of all calibers both locally and nationally.
